Welcome to our happy place, The Lazy Lakehouse - private and cozy lakefront stay. Just Remodeled with modern conveniences. Sit on the dock and relax with a book and take in the sunset. The space includes a king bed, two queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Lake June in Winter is a sandy bottom, spring fed recreation lake. Bring your boat and tie up to enjoy Fishing, Waterskiing, wakeboarding, or enjoying the sandbar on the weekends with friends. No smokers.

We have installed a mosquito misting system to keep away the pesky mosquitos, midges and other lake bugs so you can come and enjoy your stay and spend more time outdoors. There are 3 outdoor security cameras. One faces the road to cover the driveway, one faces the dock and covers the sea wall area, and a ring doorbell. There are not any security cameras inside or that face inside the home for our renter's privacy. No smokers. One small pet is allowed and must be disclosed in the booking. We charge $100 extra pet fee to allow for extra cleaning, sanitation and home preperation for a pet. Absolutely no parties. There is a maximum capacity of 6 people unless otherwise communicated with the host. If the host approves, additional persons may visit over the 6 person capacity. This is at the host's discretion. Lake June Pontoon has boats and jetski's for rental. After booking, I am happy to provide your party a 10% discount code.

House rules

Absolutely no diving head first from the dock or pushing off of the dock. Children must be monitored when in the water or on the dock. Guests use kayaks and paddle boards at their own risk. Absolutely no smoking. Any guest over the reservation amount must be communicated to the host. There are no parties allowed. Boat lifts are not available for use. One boat limit can be tied up along side of dock. If there are additional boats, there will be an additional charge, please communicate with owner.

Kelly's place is very nice, clean and the dock is great! The shower is amazing! We brought our boat and tied it to the dock but there are pontoon boats and jet skis for rent as well in case you don't have one to bring. We caught fish off the dock and the breeze and view were great. The town is laid back and the people are friendly. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing stay!

As a Florida Native from Venice, FL our family enjoys visiting Lake June for special occasions. This rental was available for Thanksgiving and we decided to pack our bags and head to the peaceful lake. The Lazy Lake Cottage exceeded our expectations and had every amenity possible to cook thanksgiving dinner, enjoy family time with board games, shuffle board, puzzles. The cleanliness was by far the best we’ve ever had renting a home with very comfortable lounging and sleeping arrangements. When we weren’t inside we’re on the dock taking in all the beauty, lounging in the sun, swimming, fishing, we kept our boat there also which was very convenient. Everything is close by and we also enjoyed taking our golf cart to the local restaurants Dock 633 and Jaxson’s. We will definitely be back! To the next guest, we left some tasty ice cream treats in the freezer.
